How fast can I start?

My diagnosis is different. Does one process fit all injuries?

The diagnosis matters less than you'd think. What matters is why the joint can't handle the stress of your training, and that shows up in your test results. We make small adjustments per diagnosis, but we can't say how yours differs until we test you. That's exactly why the assessment comes before any programme.

Is this remote? Does online actually work?

Yes, it's 100% online, and that's deliberate. The tests run through an app with video and calls, and you get support every week rather than a one-off appointment. You train and we do the admin: we log your data and track your progress. Every result on this page is a remote client.

Where are you based?

Everything is online, so you do the tests from your own home and gym. We work with lifters and athletes all over the world, so where you are makes no difference.

What if I struggle doing it on my own?

You're not doing it alone. We check your videos, log your data, and adjust the plan as you go. You follow the plan and we handle the rest.

I just had surgery or have a brand-new injury. What then?

What if I can't squat, press or run?

You can still do the assessment. We give you substitutions and constraints (tempo, range of motion, position) so you can keep training around the pain while we find the root cause.

Do I need a gym?

Gym access is essential for lower body injuries, you will need access to a leg extension, hamstring curl machine and a barbell/smith machine or leg press. If you don't have these at your regular gym, you can usually pay for a 1-off session at a cheap local gym to use the equipment, we can find this for you on the onboarding call. Home gym/minimal equipment can work for upper body injuries if you have between 15-30kg at home, we will adapt the testing and coaching week.

How do you increase the chance this works for me?

We follow the testing process we used in elite sport to get people back on the pitch, field, court or platform as quickly as possible. We use Data Driven testing to find the root cause of your issue and individualise the micro-cycle and roadmap to your results.

What if I miss steps?

If you miss steps, we'll reschedule your Results Call so we can review real data rather than guesses.

What happens after the Assessment?

If the plan fits, you continue into our 4 month coaching programme and your £99 is fully credited against it. Payment plans are available.

What does coaching cost if I continue?

Coaching has three levels depending on how much support you want: Lite at £225 every 4 weeks, Core at £325 every 4 weeks with a monthly call and weekly check-ins, and Premium at £600 every 4 weeks with weekly 1 to 1 calls and priority support. Most people work with us for around 4 months. But the assessment stands on its own. You don't need the coaching decision made to start, and whatever you decide, you keep the report and the roadmap.
