Who we are. Strength Physiotherapy is the trading name of SP Coaching FZ LLC (Fujairah Creative City Free Zone, UAE). Questions about your data: alex@strengthphysiotherapy.com.
What we collect. When you buy an assessment we collect your name, email and phone number through Stripe. During the assessment you give us your intake form answers (including injury history), your test results, and any training videos you send us. That's what we need to coach you, and it's the only reason we collect it.
How we use it. To deliver your assessment and coaching: running your tests, analysing your data, contacting you about your booking, and sending your confirmation and next steps. If you bought the assessment we may also email you about your results and programme options. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Who processes it for us. Stripe (payments), TrainHeroic (training app), Google (forms, sheets, calendar and email), ActiveCampaign (email), and WhatsApp (messages). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.
What we never do. We never sell your data, and we never share your health information for marketing. Client results shown on this site are used with permission.
Keeping and deleting it. We keep your records while you're a client and for our legal record-keeping afterwards. Email us any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
